There seems to be too much space between the question and the first reply now…the tags combined with the ads take up too much space.

The replies look OK. Maybe you could move some of the content on the bottom of the page to the left hand column. It seems really empty now and unbalanced. I could see the Invite section in the left column; keeping Similar Posts at the bottom is fine.
