No need to worry, Talk about your home work situations to your subject teachers, they are there for you, and i feel they can help you more instead of school counsellor.
A small note on talking to people, do explore yourself, you must be having some hobby long forgotten…. Rekindle that and make yourself busy at least for now… !!! Well, a sound body needs at your age at least 7 to 8 hours of sound sleep !
