  exactly the same thing happened to me. In the summer holidays whilst i was abroad i realised i missed him. I thought i was going crazy because I really REALLY missed him. It was all I could do not to jump on him when I next saw him but I already knew he had feelings for my friend who isnt interested. I kept hoping and praying that he would love me to but it got me nowhere. I started seeing him less and less now and now I dont care for him any more. If you keep your distance from him you will either for get about him or he will miss you. Good luck xx

  You figure out how fit you are by timing how long it takes for your body to return to its normal pulse rate. Measure your pulse rate when relaxed, then straight after hard excercise (when you are considerably out of breath) then keep measuring it every minute after the excercise until your pulse rate is normal again. The average for a 13 year old boy is 3 minutes. If your normal you can just tell people that you did a lil experiment and your fit. remember the four S’s, Speed, Strength, Suppleness and Stamina Good Luck!
