• what do you say to someone who notices the cuts and scars on your wrist?
  

  I’ve had many people ask me why i cut myself when they see my scars, and all i can say to them is that i have a lot of pain that at that time i couldn’t contain so i cut myself. Other times i just look at them with a look that tells them i don’t want to talk. People will walk by me, and ask me what’s wrong because i will have this really sad look on my face because i’m just mentaly tired of everything and everybody. so when people ask them, tell them what you want to tell them.

  I know how you feel, I also cut myself and i know that it’s hard to stop. i’ve been cutting myself for a year now and i would love to stop but i just can’t seem to. i’ve also learned that guys never help, if anything they make things worse. i thought that i needed a guy once, but after having three guys break up with me in a month, i decided that they weren’t worth any of the trouble they caused me. if i could give you one piece of advice, it would be to dump the boyfriend, tell your parents, and seek profesional help before you go as deep as i have. i wish i would have done all of the things i just told you, because if i had i might actually be able to stop. i wish you all the best of luck.
