hah interesting concept. imagine waking up in someones bedroom in their mothers basement, where they watch horrible videos on the internet, play obnoxious music, and never have anything interesting to say, unless you think creepy is interesting. and a guy standing at the door on the top of the stairs telling you that guys mom is sick of him but he wont move out, and that you should come with him. maybe thats what death is like for those who dont already know the guy.

It is fair to say though Cotton that the church’s reliance on its members faith is what has kept it afloat in the absence of tangible evidence or even rational thought. The story and basic principles of Christianity make little sense within the context of what we know about the Earth and the nature of existence, which as it happens is quite a lot! And yet because of faith this fact is completely inconsequential.
I’m not trying to change your mind. Clearly believing in Christ has been nothing but positive for you. Even if I had the power to rob you of it, I don’t think I would ever take your faith away from you. You are who you are because of it, and clearly that is a good thing.[/quote]
