  Your mother isn’t a *****. I made the mistake of calling my mother that. I found her looking at my emails, and at some pretty relevant info, info that could and did get me in trouble. Not worth it.
  
  What I have done is learned not to care or entertain her notions. I never leave my comp when she’s home as I have no trust left for her, and when she orders me day after day to do my homework and accuses me of wanting to fail, I tell her calmly that I got a 4.0 last semester, and will get one this semester. And I continue doing what i was doing. Don’t entertain her notion if you don’t want to. Just don;t fight it.
  
  The key is to be calm. You don’t have to respect her if she doesn’t respect you. Always check yourself. Make sure you’re being as good as you can, not so much to compromise yourself, but make sure you aren’t starting anything or keeping anything going. Make it all her, and maybe she’ll realize it.

  Listen. If you’re a cute girl to begin with, and I can bet you are, then braces won’t be much of a problem. Not a problem ONLY if you are confident about it. My now ex-gf got braces and she still looked cute. But for a long time she wouldn’t smile. She wasn’t confident. And it seriously ticked me off.
  
  The key here is confidence. Confidence will only make your braces make you look cuter. It’s how you use them.

  You don’t have to. It’s healthy to have two separate worlds. The key is not to mix them too much. And remember that reality comes first.
  
  You seem to be telling me that you are stressing out over many things, and you would rather daydream and drop reality all together. I struggled with that for years. The key really is to make sure your school and duties are in order. THEN you are free to daydream.
  
  You cannot allow daydreaming to get in the way of real life, just as you cannot allow things like online games to take priority over real world events. As my dad used to say: “You actually spend hours of real time sitting and staring into a screen to make fake money to buy fake things?” The real world comes first. Your daydreams are there to add color to your life in ways reality can’t.
  
  Try prioritizing. Try to find real things in life to enjoy very much. That isn’t to say you abandon your “me time,” only that you need some joy in the real world. Get through the real day in the real world, and then let your mind wander. You have to stay strong, and know that you have the will to succeed.
  
  You are the pillar you need to lean on. Dropping everything to daydream is like destroying that pillar, destroying yourself. You can’t let that happen. Daydream is the way for the pillar to relax after a long day of productivity and strength.
  
  Balance your life. Reality first, daydreaming after.
  
  
  Try it. Spend a whole day in rapt attention, get home, finish all your priorities, and then spend an hour or 2 cooling down, listening to some music, far away from the cares of the world you already accomplished. All I know is that when I try and daydream with stuff to do, it doesn’t work so well.

  First of all, I do not believe in absolute right and absolute wrong. Those are terms governed by society, and governed interpersonally.
  
  I believe it is “right” to help others. I don’t believe it is “wrong” to help myself. The trick is to have them both happen as often as possible.
  
  My own happiness governs my actions to help others. You must be a low life to have your happiness mean others’ misery.

  Yeah I kind of expected this to be a bad idea. If you want to try and prove to me why my situation is invalid please shout me ralph. Otherwise kindly fade away. I am through talking with you.

  Ralph, yours is an irrelevant comparison. I know that compared to many in the world I do have it extremely good. Relative to where I was, however, I have fallen far and therefore my situation is valid. I would expect you to say what you did to someone who just got broken up with or someone who’s parents “don’t understand them.”
  
  Your comparison was not only unwarranted, it was inaccurate. Simply because someone is beaten or raped does not mean they experience lasting effects. My father died. We have a recurring financial issue that could get very serious very soon.
  
  I do not care for those who offer condolences for every petty problem. I do however take offence to you for replying in such a way. You are quite frankly an idiot, both for posting what you did, and for making me defend myself. I don’t like defending my situation. I don’t like wallowing in that. You should not be on this site.

  People are knda thick… The questions isn’t about any egg besides a modern day chicken egg. It applies to what came first, an organism, or the process by which the animal was itself created, a process that occurs when the animal itself initiates the process. It’s cyclical.
  
  The answer is neither. billions of years ago life came from electrical impulses in the right place at the right time. From then on, it was a chain reaction. To relate this to the chicken, the egg was first because past generations of “not quite chickens” produced eggs closer and closer to that of a modern day chicken, and then, one egg contained what we know as a modern day chicken.
