I take it that you’ve never tried to call / email the CA Bar Association on substantive topics? (Not trying to be snarky — it’s very nontrivial to get them to comment on such issues.) - written 9 months ago
thnks — the ABA actually doesn’t determine the answer to this q, the CA bar does (in fact, much to the ABA’s dismay, in CA one can even do correspondence courses and then take the bar).
I’m also going to ask the CA entity, but it takes ridiculous amounts of time for them to respond to basic questions, let alone more unusual ones… - written 9 months ago
