got to uncle revise as much as u can in the car!

I want to share my knowlege of things I am able to help with. And hopefull save some people from going through the pain I went through.
I stayed here because most people on here are deep thinkers, have beautiful caring souls. It is rare to find so many great people in one place.
Just to know u may ave helped a total stranger is enogh of a happy fix for me. I dont expect thanks, just am happy with myself when I have helped unconditionally. And for no other reason than because I can.

Depression sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know been there, fighting it at the mo too. Im on meds but the thing is there is hope, you just gotta make small steps to change your current situation, and fight the depression as quick as u can and not fuel it with negative thoughts.

Best thing I find is to listen to music that is more up beat and happy.. it really helps to change your mood.
