From a different light, I m not trying to justify his actions, but is he basically a caring person deep down inside, or is he just plain nasty?

I was an violently abusive (although never sexual abuse) man for a long time and one moment it dawned on me what I was doing and I stopped, when I realized how beautiful and precious my family are… and fragile. One wrong push, a backward fall and a hit on the head could kill the woman I love and fvck up my kids, that thought (bought to light by a counsellor) really helped me.
Do you think there is any hope for him? Could he get help? Or is it beyond that point?
Intelligence can help in some cases, is he a smart guy?
He can get help IF he wants it.
I hope you appreciate I am just trying to help and understand you are the victim here. Can you see any hope for him?
The guilt of being abusive is quite painful for the abuser, and it lowers your self esteem in most cases, and becomes a bit of a vicious circle.
How serious was the whipping? A smack or a beating?

I live in Tasmania, Australia, and I would not bring my kids up anywhere else under any circumstances. It’s just plain small and beautiful. A few bogans but you get that on the big jobs

I get on well with losers because I empathise with them, however I’m a business man,was a functional pretty OK one now fast becoming a hopeless one. I’ve got so ******* much to lose. You asked honestly; there is to much dogmatic go - along - with anything you are told in modern organized Christianity and to much intolerance of fantastic faiths like hinduism, which preach peacefulness and inspire people like gandhi to disarm entire nations without lifting a finger. “A tree is judged by it’s fruit… ” is it not written? I think in general any belief in God that is not inclined toward violence is of God, relavant to the culture he wanted to reach.

How did you go with the negotiating stuff? I know a few little tricks if you’re still keen.
I think this site is the most positive way to generate revenue i have ever seen. There are so many desperate kids in the world, you are giving them a forum for compassion. Im not a big fan of cyber relating, but this is a marvellous exception. This site Im sure has prevented many many suicides since you put it up. I hope you are doing really well out of it and your team as well. Congratulations on an extremely ethical business or non profit org, whatever.
