It’s called gender dysphoria, and it could mean a number of things. But only you know how you feel inside. People who change their physical sex are called transexuals. Many who feel that their gender does not match their sex usually identify as transgender. Many transgender individuals are also transexual in that they seek to change their sex.

I realize this is an older post… but if you could manage to get into a situation where you are not paying for living expenses, you can save up enough money in just a couple of years, even on a minimum wage job.
Best case scenerio, your parents would let you live back at home for a year or so. Alternatively, you could get an apartment with multiple friends where living costs are shared.

Perhaps the people you are befriending aren’t quite on your level. You haven’t made friends with people who challenge you, or really interest you. Hanging around with the wrong crowd can often leave you feeling lonely. Maybe you need to meet people more like-minded, or maybe just the opposite.

A lot of people struggle with this, including me. I’m quite a bit taller than you and I’m 146lbs. I am very paranoid about being fat, so I never eat much, and I’m always depressed by any flab or what I percieve to be fat that I find on my body. People think I’m crazy when I tell them I’m fat.
It’s more psychological than anything, probably no one sees you as “fat”. You’re always going to see more error in yourself than other people are.

Sounds like you’re the one doing them favors, they should be greatful for your generousity alone. No one is going to judge you or blame you for being out of work. Just worry about yourself for now, getting back on your feet financially. How can people expect you to help them if you haven’t yet helped yourself?
Some of us have just been delt a bad hand, but there is no reason to hate yourself for that.
