Thats why I hate computer repair places…they charge $300 (price of a cheap computer) for a one second operation.

2010-03-07 21:55:53 on Does anyone know if the baggage scanners at the airports are magnetized?
You should be perfectly fine…but please dont kill me if you camera does break. I have taken all sorts of cameras through airport security…the only problem i ever had was that they had to unwrap and test a disposable camera.

They are safe for basically any kind of camera except for extremely sensitive film etc. Is yours digital?

2010-03-07 17:18:35 on i downloaded ur cyber defender and i cant get it off
First of all if you want to convince someone, you might want to try spelling things right and giving more details and writing to the right place. Second of all: what?…I dont think anyone on here had their software installed on your computer. Also, This is a “global” site so your tomorrow morning may not be someone else’s, so you should be more specific with that. Also, the FCC regulates TV and radio, telephone, cable, cell phone and satellite companies and devices, they also do not set laws…so contacting them would do you absolutely no good in both areas. Finally who are you planning on filing charges to? Is your cyber defender even legitimate software that you got legally? What is wrong with it other than you cant uninstall it? There are always ways to get around things on the computer. If you are that desperate, save your files to removable storage and then reinstall/reformat your operating system/hard-drive.

no problem, just double check everything to make sure it will work with your exact model…good luck with that
2010-03-05 17:15:49 on …
I disagree with some of your points and semi-agree with some too…just be thankful that you live in America, where you can say this and where problems are not nearly as bad as they could be. Even though in your case you probably weren’t going to do anything bad, laws are set to protect people, and they do.
