  I want a beachbod too! I’m doing a low calorie diet and I’m doing bellydancing and some body sculpting exercises 3 times a week. Seems to be working:) Anyway, if you want to do the low cal diet go here: http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm
  
  Calculate how many calories that you naturally burn daily by using the above web site. Then decrease your caloric intake by about 500, giving yourself only one day a week to “cheat.” The weight will come off quickly for the first 2 weeks, but weight loss will slow and come to a plateau in a month or so. When this happens take 3 or 4 days off of the diet and then start over again. This will “reset” your body so that the diet will work more efficiently. Good luck!

  Cons, people may start to think you know more then you do, like being a technologist they may also think you may be good at fixing computers as well confusing it with medicine, not that you don’t know how to fix a computer but people may be alittle mixed at the term.[/quote]

  I remember how I talked my mother into letting me get the pill…I asked her, “what if I get raped?” My mom is super paranoid, though, so she paniced and took me to the doctor right away to get the prescription.
