I am using my laptop for personal,not for any company or so.
I have virus on my Dell laptop.
How can I remove it,when it does NOT work to download at all?
After the downloading,there is a “downloading VERIFYING” process,and this is the process that does not work!
I am using a WiFi Radar and can not download all the way.
As soon as the downloading has been done,when it gets to the VERIFYING part the three boxes appears as “see-through” and can not be checked.
Is this normal when you are using a WiFi radar?
What can I do?
I do have resources to different anti-virus programs,but it does not help,since I have to download them first in order to make it work.
