Unplug all your USB devices
Run the following command - devmgmt.msc
Go to the USB section and uninstall all of the USB devices
Reboot - it will install the devices it finds.
Reboot again.
If that does not work, go to http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/home.jsp#
