Mate. You sound like you do not realize how serious your poorly controlled blood glucose is. You seem to be focussing on getting it down for the purpose of getting a permit
There are much more serious implications and you have got to work with your doctor in trying to get your blood glucose under control in a supervised and formalized setting
I am concerned that taking advice on an open web 2 site about how to control your glucose is ill adviced and could get you remedies that could put you at risk
Forget about your brother and his taunts. In the grand scheme of things the issues with him are so irrelevant

We all have our problems. Aspergers is something I am familiar with
Problem is you can either let your mom’s behaviour and your ‘labels’ weigh you down for the rest of your life or you can decide to get on with living and enjoying this one life you have
