Happiness, like beauty exists in the eye of the beholder. How does a buddhist monk, who might never speak in his life find happiness, and a rock star with everything you could ever want and more words than hairs on his head, committ suicide?

It’s all in your own heart, as corny as it sounds. You need to find the brightness in your life and bring it out, shut out the darkness and turn away from it. If your happiness is your childeren, focus on them, and getting them well and safe. No other thing. No matter what the cost. And apreciate the beauty around you. Althought it may be hard to see, God gave you a world full of beauty, and help just waiting for you to reach out there and grab it. You just have to be willing to reach.

To reiterate, what kind of help is it you are looking for? Compassion? A shoulder to cry on? Because based on your post your looking for ideas. If you just need to talk, then talk, and we are here for you. :)
