I’m out of touch with reality & life… posted (7 months, 2 weeks) ago
This is my story, well it all started about a month or two.
I was at hanging out with my childhood …
i would most definitly go tell your mom or someone so they can take you to the hospital or something. i dont know what else to tell you sorry. best of luck.

It’s called sleep paralysis. It can be very scary and people sometimes think it’s some kind of alien abduction (dont worry its not! lol). It’s actually very similar to what is called ‘locked-in’ syndrome. (Try a Google search or Wikipedia)
From a personal experience, I find it happens when I’m really tired but listening to a background noise (like music or the sound of a fan). I become completely paralysed and can’t even open my eyes no matter how hard i try. I find the only thing a I can control when it happens is my breathing, and typically I find the best way to wake up is by trying to breathe really fast.
Thank you so much for the information.
Im going to see my neurologist soon so hopefully i can get it fixed.
I really thought i was going through my near death experience again.
Can you die from this?
It sounded pretty crazy (the wild kind) - Like it would completelty rock my perspective. How is it that you can not remember anything but can still be aware that you are someone and something?
Yeah it really has changed my life. I mean im at this point where i can grasp my old self before the whole incident but i still have to live with what i’ve seen in my near death expierence, and i was really religious before hand and it pisses me off that im starting to realixe that it really isnt anything out there after death.
I mean everything in the bible is supernatural, like how a guy can divide water and what not and i realize that in this world we have never seen anything supernatural.
people now days die off at a young age and these guys in the bible seems to be living for 100’s of years.
i dont know sometimes i wish i could never thing like this and stay the way i was before.
There is this video I watched once - about a brain scientist who suffered a stroke and the stages she went through. A lot of what you are decribing she talks about in this video.

ive take anti-depressants for at least three years and i can say that they are the worst things i have ever taken. When i was trying to get off of them and they were so painful because my body had registered that i needed this little pill to be happy. I mean it helps some people get throught the day but it also makes you feel like crap when your not in depressed state of mind. I rather find a way to be happy without the use of the little pill.
