remember forgiveness of your self and others and I know it can be hard but
think positive thoughts, hang around positive people, be involved in positive activities, read books that are positive helpful inspiring maybe biographies of
someone who lived their life in a way u aspire too :)

On amazon.com or library alot of people say good things about this book.
I have only gone thru a few chapter s but so far I think it is good for p-eople in stressful situations.

God u are anything but ugly.
Maybe something bad happened to u ?.
I got divorced 3 - 4 years ago.
I had some wicked thoughts. Its hard divorce
250K lost, 3 kids I dont see everyday anymore.
I bought a house 3 acres in the woods.
Everyday some animal foxes, turkeys,
deer, birds, eagles, owls, plants, trees, flowers, u name it
plus lots of work to do, garden, yard, feed animals.
Guess what I am trying to say is even though I am on
my own I try to do something I enjoy also living
in the woods is very healing to your soul.
I get feeling u need to heal from something bad
that happened to u. These are things that help me plus
try breath thru stomach not chest, relax, reduce your stress.
Control the things u can (list) and accept the things you cannot
control(other people, list). U are an awesome girl and u can make
changes in your life, educate yourself ..read some books regarding
whatever it is you stuggle with there is alot of good info out there.
If u need a psy maybe try a school or college where they are in training
they will see u for alot less.

U know my brother smokes and its killin him, replace that dum habit u have with
a good habit please we are all on your side here

Now if only we could balance the budget and spend within our means or better yet less than that this country would really be awesome. Nice 1 nick.

I am reading a book about stress relaxation phobias etc maybe check it out at the library lots of people recommend it highly on amazon.

Maybe u care too much about what other people think.
Count your blessings as u are truly blessed in so many ways,
Focus on these positive things 90 oercent of the time and negatives
crap 10 % of the time or less . Negative thinking drags u down . Hang
out with positive people and be careful because u seem needy, dont let

Look them in the eye and no where else for so long they cannot believe it but not in a creepy way. When u look at them , look them in the eye. U will get respect from them for doing that or keep your vision above the neck I say :)

Wish u could help my brother and sister quit for a month. It is so insane
when my brother pulls out one of those inhalers because of all the damage done to his lungs from smoking, then lights one up after another. He also gets pneumonia almost every year and winds up in the hospital. He must have a deathwish. The thing that bugs me is I am going to have to get up in front of lots of people at his funeral.
He is 51. Sucks. Enuf depressing crap. Nice talking to u D

How r u doing Dani ? R u beating that habit into submission ? Hope so, cigs helped to kill my Dad (spinal cancer) and my grandfather (leukemia). Watched them both die before their time and I know the cigs were killing them. Cigs r working on my brother and sister still and think my brother will be next. Guess the longer u smoke the less chance u have to quit. U look young so I KNOW u will do the smart thing. Its a tough addiction but u will beat it, I did :D. I was on wellbutrin for one month, that stuff makes u not want to smoke. After I got thru 1 month, I quit that wellbutrin crap. I never smoked regularly again (maybe once per year, thats not regular heh =).

He probably has addiction problems by the way if he behaves as you say.

Try counseling, if he wont go he is stupid, child support, lawyers, and splitting everything up really sux. So does seeing your kids every 2 weeks. Plus finiancial devastation of divorce especially if u are the earner. Protect your money or the other one will swipe it and there is NOTHING u can do about it if its joint checking /savings. Divorce almost killed me along with the substance abuse to deal with it 3 years later. If u two cannot make it, stay single. There is always something about everyone, question is what are u willing to live with ? I am sure u have a few faults too. But I wish u well and he should help u out if he does not work as hard as you because it the right thing to do.

That crap happens in every country, killed the indians in USA
