Hi Alfred-
There are several ways to get grants and financial aid assuming that you have the income level (low income) or grades to attend school.
The first thing I would do is go to your admissions office and find out what happened with your balance last year, and find out about the grant programs available to you. Believe it or not, there are things like a “left handed” scholarship or grant that may have been left from alumni at the school.
The other thing you need to know is if you are eligible for a scholarship or partial scholarship. You need to go to the dean of arts and sciences (or criminal justice depending on if you have a seperate program) to see what your options could be. A coolege wants to keep you in because they get their money no matter who pays it (grant, scholarship or financial aid) so they have reason to help you.
There are programs like work study that provide a certain amount of hours of work to help offset your education costs. I did that, but had to get a job on top of work study to make ends meet. Sounds like this may be the case for you. \
Lastly, there are financial loans that you can take. Sallie Mae may still provide loans, but ask the dean of admission to see if there is a way that they can help with what happened last year (not quite sure what happened)
Worst case, you might have to change schools or go to a community college, but if you maintain a high GPA, you might qualify for a scholarship.
I would not worry- unless he told you that he was trying to use axe to get other girls.
Maybe he is just trying to smell good for you! (how did it come up? Did you tell him he smells good and he said what he uses it?) - written 2 months, 3 weeks ago
Oh! wait- I might have misunderstood- are you talking about a guide that helps you take a company’s finanical statement and analyze them? - written 2 months, 3 weeks ago
