  i feel your pain. just remember that no matter how bad we have it, you can bet that there is someone out there suffering in a worse way. things could ALWAYS be worse than they are. i don’t know what you do with that info now that you have it, but it might be a start.

• How do i gain a new perspective on life?
  

  make an effort to count your blessings each day. especially when things seem at their worst. you will be surprised at the things that we all take for granted if you really examine what you have to be thankful for. i.e.: air in our lungs, roof over your head, friends, family….etc.
