maybe around the lung itself is visceral pluera… which would mean the membrane around the lung could be inflammed, so it could be a infection in the lungs themself. Or if it’s the parietal pluera which incases the thoracic organs then the infection could be the whole thoracic region. Or it may not even be a inflammation. For surgeries like laproscopic surgery there is chance for the ducts and the intestines to get injured during the operation. If she has trouble completely digesting then thsi may be why otherwise I’m not sure sorry. - written 7 months ago
