i think it is unhealthy to only eat one meal a day and excerise alot. try eating three relativeley small meals a day and excersise. but you shouldn’t excercise too much, because you need to give your body some calories to burn.

eating is definitely a big factor in being tired for most people. if your tired, try taking a quick nap(not a long one that you never want to wake up from) and eat a good, solid meal.

certain guys may like girls with certain hair colors, but i dont think they care that much.
