I think I have a good life… posted (5 months, 1 week) ago
Let me add a disclaimer: I am probably one of the most rational people I know. I know it’s jus…
Then it will go away soon.. Just make sure you don’t do it again.. There are better ways to get rid of frustration/sadness.. Like may be talking to someone..
It really seems like you need professional help. Try and get in touch with a counselor in your area.
Other than that I think you already know what’s required. Your topic says how can I change. That’s the key word. You need to change what defines your life right now. Do something different (remember different doesn’t mean crazy). I have seen a lot of my friends go through a lot and often not being a part of their problems, it’s easier for me to think for them (It’s a whole different matter when it’s my problems). Find a friend who isn’t going to judge you, and it’ll make a world of a difference. - written 1 week, 5 days ago
My reply wasn’t to you sideflip and I am not offended. My reply was classic rock asking him to not get worked up due to some intolerant people. - written 1 month ago
Personally I hate religious extremists. They are the ones who want to shove their beliefs down the throat of others and consider others a second grade citizens if their views don’t matter. But taking the other extreme just because of some idiots isn’t worth it either. Believing in god unconditionally isn’t bad, believing in religion unconditionally is.
I believe in god, I pray (not daily or weekly) but whenever I feel like it. I ain’t agnostic, atheist or 100% theist. - written 1 month ago
You have a beautiful family, why in the world would you want to end it.
Instead of thinking that life sucks and I can’t do anything, why don’t you take the opposite approach. List down everything that is making life suck and see if you can handle them individually. Each of them alone will be smaller problems to deal with. - written 1 month ago
