  The daughter is old enough and does not want to be with him ..my son is mine and he cannot be taken away. Kina(my wife) married at 15 in Wyoming had my daughter and another son who the father has. The father was never involved in my daughters life from age 3 on (she is now 15) my family will stay together..he tried to ursup it but failed. It was a money grab he immediately upon learning of my wifes death recently(this past week) instead of offering condolences or such signed his kid up for a share of her SSI benefits even though when they divorced he and she split the kids with no support. He then attempted to guilt my daughter who is still mixed up over discovering her moms body into sneaking off to South Dakota without telling me..I found out confronted him over the phone and he ran off with a tail between his legs, Dads don’t encourage children to lie, sneak, and hurt. However his other trump card was to siphon money from our SSI survivor benefits.the kids entitled I suppose despite the fact that my wife never saw him (which certainly hurt her inside) after 1998.I’m no lazy bum here who wants to sit about and collect when I could be working but this is Kinas’ money for the children and in this economy this is what we’ve been paying bills with in this economic downturn..I’m good at many things..however this leaves me with a massive crunch in a few short weeks. I appreciate the prayers and if you can imagine how humbling it is for me to write this ..no sympathy seeker am I ..but I feel like my family has been through enough..more than average.
  Really suicide is never a solution..love gets one through and I am grateful for the love I have from our kids and the fact that I knew my wonderful wife
  I am trying to find answers but the world is full of struggling people right now..good solid people and I find it unjust.
  Thank you all my friends and in better times I will rally behind your causes I actually do alot of supporting and advice to many people over the years and I can’t wait until the darkness lifts

  There are relatives but truthfully this slices $475 out of my finances..my family helps but with a car payment lights etc…it leaves tough choices. I could move but my children would be uprooted again and they have stabilized..I could give up my car but that would send me backwards. I was going to buy the house I am renting but now it does not seem possible..The tragedy happened in 2006 this ex has just found out and is attempting to profit(its her son so I suppose he has a right) but he also tried to get my daughter whom he hasn’t talked to in years to move with him for her share of the survivor benefits and he was trying to do this behind my back…luckily that fell apart for him but this is all taken place in the past few days. I am a rational intelligent man and strong having been through hell and back.. we all are.
  The calvary can only save you so many times and they have a few times.
  I suppose if i felt I made some bad choices or was living beyond my means I wouldn’t feel so confused I am only trying to do whats right
  It feels as if the world has gone mad
