  my experience, with this site is, that people who come here need help.
  even if they say, they want to help others.
  because with this intention you put yourself in a helper/hero position, which will give you the feeling that other people have bigger problems, so you’re ok.

  a little bit more information would be helpful.
  
  what kind of desease does your husband suffer from?
  
  are there other possibilities to improve your husbands health?
  
  maybe he’s in the position to switch job and work fulltime,
  maybe you could help with a second income.
  
  even in a financial crisis there are jobs on the market.
  
  think about your lifestyle and whats really necessary and what not.
  
  you could ask your family for help,
  your whole social network.
  
  i think the most important thing is to talk about it with your family and friends.
  you’ll see someone has an idea that fits. the chance to solve your problem gets bigger with every person you ask for help.
  
  i don’t know from where you’re writing but check out what your country can provide,
  or maybe there are community projects, nonprofit organizations, something like that.
  
  and think of a worst case szenario, this can often take away the fear, not knowing what the future will bring.
