I’ve had bad insomnia on and off for about 4 or 5 years lol. I think it started (this is going to be depressing) when my mum first started overdosing and stuff.
I didn’t want to go to sleep because sometimes she’d go down to the kitchen in the night and try to OD so I would stay awake so I could go down and look after her if I heard her get up.
And then I got out of sleeping routine and that took a while to break and then I go through patches of not sleeping because of stuff that happened in the past and I find it hard to sleep if I start thinking about it at night. Lol :/

I checked his history and cookies the other day (nawti :3) and it was all clean :p So I reckon he’s quit. Or is suuuuper tidy with his history deleting.
Either way I’m ignorant to it so I’m happier.

Well when I go to log in it does the little swirly thing then just doesn’t log me in O.o I don’t get it. But it’s done this before and normally it works next time I come on the computer, if not I’ll make a new account I guess.

My day was ok. Ross came round and we had chinese and watched tv and stuff.

I’m ok really except for the constant ups and downs and I’m having a really bad patch of Insomnia.
I CAN’T sleep at all before about 5am if I’m lucky.
