I don’t know about the bannings. Maybe some are just temp and happened recently? Probably different reasons for different folks.

I haven’t been on for a while and it seems a whole load of people have been banned? O.o What’s going on?

Give yourself a directive to put everything you need in order. Gather your resource materials>go over them & select what you want to use>organize them into a sequence>make a draft. :) *Make a list of your references as you go along.

You CAN do this! :) And you CAN do it WELL! You just need to move your butt. Get started and let the momentum build & the inertia carry you home. :D

Wow! I don’t know whether that’s an amazing piece of luck right there or whether you’re some kind of genius. But wow!
I just can’t settle down to the work for some reason :(
A lot of it I don’t have the resources or inspiration for and I’m stressing out which is making it harder >.<
I have a solid months worth of work to do over the next couple of days

Hey, take it easy, huh? Stress is not so good. It causes mistakes. The secret of it all at this stage of the semester is to convince yourself that it’s all a piece of cake. Seriously.

A true story about being far behind with college work? A short one. One of my psych courses..the professor required 17 papers as part of a project. Each paper had to be about something that was published; I had to give a psychological perspective of the story. 17 of them! They were to be turned in the day of the final exam. Guess what? Three hours before the exam I had none. NONE! I had the articles clipped out and sitting in a folder but nothing else. :S

I sat at the table with my typewriter (didn’t even have a word processor or computer), read each article & I thought and typed at the same time. 17 papers! No time to edit - had to be right the first time. I turned them in.

The professor read them as we did our final exam and said they were ‘excellent’ and ‘well thought out’ A+ . YaY!! :D Dean’s list again! :))

The only way I made it was through the power of positive thinking. I believed I could do it. I convinced myself it could be done. It works. Psych yourself up, my friend. Believe in you! I know you can do it - just like I did. :D

I just found your ‘Closed’ post. Sorry.

I use a cake decorating set - basically a long tube with various tips. Each tip makes a different sort of design depending upon speed/pressure used.

For the wide ribbon effect, use the tip that is just a long straight line opening. :)

These kits aren’t expensive. Less than $10.

You can also buy just the tips and use them on tubed frosting sold in supermarkets (the threading matches).

I know it’s hard to believe. Yet cats are capable of all the vowels and several consonants. It’s just a matter of repetition and interaction (and the cat’s willingness of course).

Oh wow! I wish my cat was a talker. It sounds very cool :P

Talkers = they say words appropriately.

I do, I have a tabby cat called Jerry who is very naughty and often up to no good.

Thank you. She isn’t a talker though. More into body language. :) My best talker was all white.

I *wish* I could say the kitten in my avie was mine. But sadly it isn’t v.v It’s a lolcat I found.

It is one of my own cats, yes. I have a fondness for jellicles (tuxies). This one is named Tuxedo Tyrone. Strangely, SHE has a moustache..lols.
