  Try to spend more time with your girlfriends. That always helps. Maybe you can find a new guy. That has helped me in the past. It showed me that there is more than just him to have feelings for.
  
  And yes, time heals, it will take a bit. Find a serious hobby.

  Not every guy is like that. I know my hubby likes to be comforted when bad things happen. And a while back, when an ex BF of mine lost his job, he needed to be comforted, and even held at that point. You will just have to know him.
