  14, 18, or 50, what you have is real. Just as long as you know that you are not a mad freak, thing will turn out. To be honest, once you get through this, you will be an amazingly brave, strong idividual. Just make sure you have someone to talk to, that in itself will make things easier. It doesn’t have to be an adult, it can be a friend, or a higher being if you believe in one.
  
  I know you probably think I am just some sort of whack job, but I know what it feels like to go through this. I developed anxiety disorder at 3 and depression at 14 as well. So, if you ever want or need to talk, you know where to find me.
