  but it is a pretty poor site i have to say. People make out its some amazing place where people make friends. I say bulls**t to that. The average person only has about 3 true friends… all these nutters on here, i’ve no idea who they are. I’m never gonna meet them and shake their hand, so whats the point in wasting your time here. If you really want help you should get out and find it. We live in a very confined environment, the earth. Yet we still confine ourselves to our homes and towns and the occaisional trip to a reletive. Why not just go out and look around? theres seven continents to explore, all that earth to find answers and get help yet we still prefer to sit at a desk and talk to people via the computer screen. Bare in mind i’m only 17 so its not like i’m against technology or anything, its just people should experiance each other rather than just read what they write…

  Unfortunately what you are saying holds some weight. The world is filled with many great and wonderful things that people should be able to experience. You’re right that people are confined within a tiny computer screen in which they find pleasure, comfort and confidence. Although what you are saying is correct, you must realize that people don’t spend their lives on here. They are simply expanding on top of the person that they currently are. Not everyone may be as confident or socially able to go out into the world and find themselves as you are. It’s sad that someone as “worldly” as you needs to sit behind a screen and ask a question like this.
  
  All things aside, if you believe people are dumb or lazy or whatever else you might think because they are sitting behind a pc screen, why would you care? All this means is that YOU have less competition in the “real” world. You have more space to find yourself in a condition right for you.
  
  Lastly, the fact that you responded to your own post on a website giving you responses on a 7000 mile optic cable is proof enough to me that even you, Mr.Worldly, are trapped in a way. Trapped in your own self examination. Maybe the question you have isn’t for us.. Maybe the question you asked is really you asking yourself.

  For the first two months we did not talk at all. Then we started texting and that led to me drunk calling her one night. She was in my head when I found out she was talking to another guy. But I bit my tongue. Time heals all wounds.

  They say that it takes the time that you were together to make up for the time lost. I was with my girlfriend for a year and a half when we broke up. It took that long just to get past my feelings for her. But then we got back together because schools over and I’m home for the summer.
  
  The feelings will last as long as you make them last.
  The only way to get over one.. Is to get under another.

  Because it’s interesting to watch people answer back. People like knowing that other people might actually care what they think. So we post questions to satisfy our own desire for acceptance and lack of monotony.
