Hi Optti,
It is good that you stopped smoking for year and a half and you should be proud of it. If you take a decision for yourself, you should stand by it no matter what. Otherwise, you are not respecting your own decisions. You are spoiling your life with your own hands. Life teaches us many things. We should be open to all the lessons it gives us and learn to be stronger and tougher day by day. At times, life tests us to see if we actually became strong and tough…to see if we actually learnt the lesson it taught us. It is up to us to look at the test results and verify our actions.
The next time when you again have the urge to smoke, just stop for a minute and think for yourself if it is for your good. You should not become slaves to your senses and thoughts. Instead, you should use them for your own good and for others good!
Good luck and be ready anytime for your life lessons! - written 5 months ago
You should never be ashamed of yourself anytime. Instead of wasting your time and energy in being ashamed, disappointed and cursing yourself, you should use all that energy in trying to achieve what you want in your life. You are in a better situation now than you were before because you realized what is going wrong in your life and why it is going wrong. Always, if you understand a problem, you are half way through its solution. So, you should NEVER lose your hope. From now on, be positive and try to do what you can do instead of contemplating on why you wasted so much of time. - written 5 months ago
