  Well, you decided to get married to a guy you knew might still like men, you knew it was against your religion, AND you knew your parents would disapprove.
  
  All in all…you got yourself into it, you get yourself out of it. We can’t do much here for you, unfortunately. Marriage is a huge commitment and if you can’t deal with a possibly gay husband, divorce him or go to a councelor and try to work things out. Or stay unhappy, your choice.

  Does he work too? Maybe that’s one of the reasons he isn’t around as much as you’d like. Try not to take your stressful issues out on him, it just adds to the stress. If you couldn’t “sign a doctor for the company that you work for”, that isn’t his fault. There’s a place for family and a place for work. Try talking to him about these things that upset you and maybe give yourselves a little free time to step back and catch up on things. I hope things get better for all of you.

• Is this LEGAL?
  

  Ok, it looks like I was mistaken with the 2nd party collections agency. I found the old paperwork (2008) and the company was a representative of Chase Bank trying to get us to attend a civil summons on the matter, however my husband was already in Germany and I was on my way there before I could make arrangements. Plus, they were trying to charge us for the full amount of the car when we know they had sold the car for just under $4,000 at auction, but they refused to deduct it from the total - which is what they are supposed to do, and were under the impression they had. Because nothing added up, we refused to pay anything until we could review it further.
  
  Still, the debt had been posted as “charged off as bad debt” and removed from my credit report for 3 years now. If there HAD been a hearing over this bogus debt we owed, wouldn’t they have contacted us about it, and why would they have waited almost 3 YEARS to take out $7,000 when we gave absolutely no permission to do so?
  
  Uggh, I’ll be stressing about this until Monday, I just know it.
  
  @ Dukegir, I really REALLY hope it’s just an error or some sort of mix-up. Would definitely help my stress level right about now!

  We are military, so we have access to lawyers on post so I will start there. We never authorized any transactions through Chase bank, and when I called their customer service line they told me it was a direct transfer from our account to Chase Bank for a possible old auto loan, but they had no more information on it and I would have to call a different number on Monday.
  
  No attempts since 2008 have been made to collect on what they say we owe for this car, and when I looked up my credit report it stated that this particular debt had been written off by a different collection agency and it negatively reflected my credit score, but the balance was at $0 and OFF my account. I thought nothing of it until today when I saw $7,000 taken out of our account. It seems completely unfair that rather than contacting us to arrange payment on a debt and working something out (even though Chase no longer HAS the debt and it had been written off by a separate company) that someone should have contacted us prior to the withdrawl of funds!
  
  I don’t think the banks know or care just how much this effects someone when you just pull out money like that…we’re down to just $2k, and now our plans to have another baby have to be put on hold. I’m so miserable right now, but I just hope that this is a mistake and our lawyer on post can help us out as best they can.

  It felt the same to me as the flu, but once I was done throwing up I felt completely better, unlike with the flu where afterwards you still feel achy and ill.
