Lol an unsually specific target I would say, you aren’t planning a heist or sumthin? Anyway, 1.5 miles is an unusual distance but basically will involve a mixture of speed and endurance. 400 reps would be a good starting point (thats once round a full size track) with a ‘rest’ period of about 1min 30 secs. Start off doing about 6-8 reps in a time that is tough but achieveable. Most importantly keep the times consistent. You could also do a longer run once a week of around 3/4 miles at a slower pace to improve the endurance aspect of your fitness.
Of course it wouldn’t hurt to occasionally run 1.5miles, to work out were your at and to help your training. Do you mind if I ask your current time, and why this specific distance?

Nah in real life I’d choose LUURV. Money is everywhere (even in the current climate) Love is alot harder to find. Plus its alot more fun than money. :D

So basically, that means the most effective way to solve your problem is to deal with the family stress. However, a two pronged approach is more likely to succeed. As exercise and healthy eating are very good at combating depression.

Not goin to deny it, I can relate to some of this. Im guessing ur a guy, around about 20 rite? much like myself.
“What if, what if there was someone out there who thought the same as me???” evryone thinks this at some stage, everyone wants to be understood.
Who am I, you say? I’am your worst nightmare, nah lol just kiddin. About all I know for sure is that I’m a good guy, I’m a brother, a son, a cousin a friend, I am all the people who know me and will get to know me. I’m a lover, a fighter I’m a guy who is tryin to figure out where he belongs and what he believes, who is getting there surely but slowly and lovin every minute. I am … a work in progress. :)

Weight gain can be a symptom or cause of depression. You just need to work out which it was for you. Which happened first? Sometimes the relationship is not so black and white, so you will need to work on both to get better.
