the first step to quitting is lowering your rate. say you smoke a pack a day. try to smoke all the ciggarettes in a pack but one every day for about a week. then go with leaving two in the box every day the next week. keep lowering it down. it’s the easiest and safest way to stop any bad habit in my opinion. if you try to just stop all at once, you’re likely to crave it terribly, and it will drive you insane and before you know it your habit could be even worse than before. best of luck. - written 5 months, 1 week ago
