I don’t know what I’m looking for but here’s my story:-
I met a girl in November,…
Ok.. well not getting into too much detail, I made the decision and I was happy about it. No more worries on my mind.. I said goodbye to everyone in my own way. I tried to hang myself with my dog lead but the branch snapped. I OD’d on paracetamol’s but was found and had my stomach pumped. I cut my wrists and passed out but was found again.. I threw myself off a bridge (granted it wasn’t very high) onto the motorway and missed every car. Tried jumping off a multistory car park but I got scared of heights.. Sometimes people do make the decision to end it and it is NOT a cry for help.. that’s maybe how it starts. However, I am still here to type this reply.. and even though things may still be bad for me, I will find the strength to get through it. So will you.

Don’t think about it too much.. think about the circle of influence, and if you don’t know what that is, google it! Might keep your mind occupied for a little while and it may really help you out!

Well if you feel that bad about your body, do some exercise, go for runs out alone, join a gym.. Nothing will change unless you choose to change it. I know how difficult it can be because you don’t know where to start. But do these things and you’ll realise what you can and can’t do, should and should not do.. and you’ll get yourself on the right path eventually. Face the roots of these problems. Go to the very start and solidify your foundations. Keep smiling at people, don’t let the bad people change you and make you become one of those. Be proud of the person you are.

Well even more reason to use that time on yourself. Think of the next 12 weeks or whatever.. as YOUR TIME. Screw anybody else, be a bit selfish man. YOU have these problems and YOU need to change it. Nobody else.. so concentrate on putting a smile on your own face before anybody else’s. The release of serotonin helps you think clearer, in a positive way but in a majorly LESS negative way.. perhaps more realistic.. who knows, either way ITS GOOD FOR YOU. And eat your greens! lol Diet has a lot to do with it.. Sleep at night, get up early enough to see the sun rise. (Which isn’t too early there if it’s winter) Talk to new people, build your confidence back up. Even if you go into town and just smile at a few people, it’s a start. They can only smile back.. and so what if they don’t? That’s their problem! And maybe even say Hi to one or two people.. Try it out man, you have nothing to lose.

I find that if you try too hard you screw things up.. Like Aurora says, relax, let it go, what happens happens, just enjoy the journey through it :)
