  Dear Sir/Madam
  
  I know it is not the case but I’ll applying to your help taken into consideration following .
  
  On the first all my life I have pushed all forces for surviving in former soviet union to achieve some kind of financial support for family involved in more complicated projects and plans.
  But I never liked communist style of life . I made my study in Kiev, afterwards working on behalf of strategic projects in Ukraine , Russia . In 1990 after the Soviet Union broke out I was enforced to return back at my original place Moldova. During 3 years beginning 1993 I learned by my own English trying to involve Moldova in European Union and to implement the rules of modern society . During that period with my help Moldova signed few UN Conventions and NATO Partnership for Peace program organizing meetings and assisting each year the NATO plenary meetings in Brussels . It was on fruitful period and everybody wanted to use my knowledge and relationships on their behavior but till respective period as for as my attitude towards party in power was not discovered. Afterwards happened what happened I lost my job , my wife who died and one time I thought it is not the chance more for my rehabilitation and sense for living in that world .
  Beginning from 2005 I take on decision I shall to fight and carry my destiny in correct way till the end. I have initiated lots of projects from my point of view very necessary and useful at the moment for Moldova , PET bottles recycling , used tires reusing , implementation of cleaner production activities. Energy saving project but for nothing to hold till the end implementation was on difficult question . Everybody wanted immediate results awaiting when you’ll bring at once more profit without giving any guaranty or salary . So in such way during 5 years making lot of work according consulting services and working on behalf of such people I become very poor without any sources of existence. At the moment I am working on behalf of ELAT company in quality of adviser or consultant during 3 month without salary ( previously it was promise 400 $ per month) . Yesterday in order to yearn some money I take one task making repairing one private building in quality of simple worker but I was one day so humiliated without payment something . Now tell me, advice, because all reach people so indifferent to others taken into consideration 59 years old how to deal and survive . I know yours society quite different from our , and is very difficult to understand me and my situation .
  Now have been healthy , fully of enthusiasm – energy , having knowledge , skills , studies . experience in mentioned domains It’ s impossible to find even a job in quality if simple worker . Been frustrated and discouraged I decided to launch my own activity. Lot of people needs kind of information regarding innovative approaches , how to develop on private activity in special agricultural sector how to reuse recycling wastes because so many reserves in that country and people very good workers that one million invading Europe. I am ashamed to recognise but what I need to find on foreign financial support for covering living expenses and surviving at the present and if will changed political situation in Moldova to set up own activity in near future ,on consulting center for other poor people how to set up on private activity and setting up network for collection and Producing IQF fruits and vegetables from quality fresh products. I’ll appreciate very much yours help and advice in such field .
