  i know what everyone feels like i have mental depression and i seem to *** everything up ive cut myself, hurt myself in other ways, took drugs and drank alchohol but tbh what ive just realised while im writing this is that they only create new problems and ofcourse they help but in the end it creates more problems and others grow.ive had counciling done iv edropped out of many in my lessons in skool till i got to a stage wer i had 2 subjects to do, i nearly broke my family apart and lost my friends aswell as breaking my girlfriends heart and im holding a knife in my hand while im writing this but it feels as if im getting better with every key i press knowing that i can tell people my problems and they will help and it wont affect anyone in my life in the end you just need to thing of your possitives listen to some music or read a book about happy things in life to show you how to be happy and normal again

  cos he knows if he agrees he’l feel pathetic that he could do that to his friend, i know ive done it before and he knows he’s gunna hav to stop which means the possibility of loosing you to someone else he may think is not good enough for u x

  there like 2 things u could do really which is explain it all to him and see what happens although that could break ur friendship which is whats most important here or maybe either try to stop liking him and get a new boyfriend and when he gets upset tell him your not his and u deserve to be with sumone hoo u makes u happy there probably the two best ways but anyway ur friendship is at stake and like i sed its the most important x

  i know someone exactly like u, my ex-girlfriend is the same and ive told her thats its because your his back up wen theres no1 els he’ll come to u and he probably gets jelous when ur with other guys but he cant understand why u have these feelings when he has girlfriends, am i right? ill try help as best i can x
