i would say let her go on with it, but i know that’s wrong.
deep down, she probably wants help.
it also depends on the cut. how deep is it? how many times? if it is just a little scratch, it could be for attention. give her the attention she needs. if it is bigger and seems like it could really hurt her… then talk to someone. she might also just want for people to know and have someone help her.
