  It sounds like you’re centering your life on relationships and for that reason, if a relationship doesn’t work out, it’s the end of your world all over again. I personally think you need to start broadening your view on what you can do with the time you have on this planet. Pick a hobby, socialise more, find what really gets you excited and pursue it. This can be anything from a career to being a humanitarian and helping people.
