  This could be a good idea, but as lame as it sounds we have a 2 year contact on a flat together so we can’t really do that. Plus I’d miss him. I know you’re offering such good advice and I’m dissmissing it all but you’ve really all helped as I think the problem isn’t him, or even us actually, I think it’s me needing to get a bit more care for my mental health than I have been.

  Sure I understand and no worries, you know what you really need. I deal with depression for all my life and I know how difficult it can be to change. I hope you dont feel he is only person that will love you. The healthier you get, the sexier you get, and more sex you will get (I mean with your bf, not 1 night or day stand okay: p)

  I think you should take a time off from this relationship so you can care for yourself. You know you have a problem and you need find good help. Remember you cannot anyone but yourself – I hope you have the desire to make the tough choices so needed - good luck :-)
