  This sounds like a huge choice. Are you fairly young? If you are I say go for it an give it a shot. Heck even if you are older go for it. Happiness is really all that matters. I don’t want to lead to into something blindly but if it were me and I had nothing holding me back I would go. Just try this, make a list of pros/cons and see where you end up after that. Check into things more and it could be the best decision of your life. Then again it could be something you didn’t like. At least you will know rather than always wondering what could have been.

  Wow, well you are lucky with an degree in accounting. You will likely be able to find a job almost anywhere. It is good that you won’t be completely alone when you go there. I say just stay at the accountancy firm you are at now for a bit to see how happy you are. If you hate it and feel like crap, you will know it is time to try something new. trust me you will know if its time for a chance. I quit my job as a graphic designer even though it paid great and was something of a career…. i felt trapped. That is the worst feeling in the world. You have to do what makes you happy…Ask around and see if that guy you are seeing can help you look for places to live or even jobs you can apply for. Ask you cousin as well. I hope all goes well.
