• Sleep paralysis, normal or paranormal?
  

  I’m not sure if this will work for you, but here is what I found out that would wake me up immediately.
  
  I visualize myself being able to move a finger, then an arm, then a leg. I can’t move much, but I visualize that I have just enough movement to wiggle. Then I visualize myself slowly making it to the edge of my bed, then I fall off.
  
  The feeling of falling makes me wake up every time. I think it’s important to trick your brain into believing that you’re really making an effort to get off an edge so that you get the falling feeling.
  
  Just stay calm and visualize, hope this works for you as it did for me.
