  Hey there. Please hang in there. You need to take everything in your life one thing at a time. Don’t let yourself become overwhelmed with everything at once. Which item is the most pressing? Address that one first, then move on.
  
  I know how very difficult dealing with things can be when one has a broken heart. I’ve had my heart shattered a few times; so I understand how devastating it is. It’s also devastating to be in a relationship that’s unclear, which yours seems to be, judging from what I’ve read here. I recently ended a relationship with someone I truly loved because our relationship was so unclear: no set future, he was vague about certain issues, etc. It was hurting me too much to keeping hoping, and to maintain a tie with him, so, eventually, I had to let it go. I’m not saying this is your case; I don’t know. But it may eventually turn into a situation for you that requires a letting go in order to feel better down the line.

  I would suggest getting some therapy for your anger issue. I’ve had therapy myself, but for depression, not anger, although the two can be related. Tell the therapist (psychologist/psychiatrist–I wouldn’t suggest that you go to a social worker) all you have told us, and ask their advice for learning how to control your anger and release it in a healthy way.
