  I’ll always be a worrier but I have to look at it and embrace it to live with it and maybe overcome it . It is not right to cram your problems down with meds and damage your mind and body . I don’t like to say ‘I have anxiety ‘. That makes it sound like it’s some virus that lives in me , the truth is I am anxious . I am anxious for a reason and taking meds suppresses and ignores that reason , which I now believe not to be good .
  I am though open to the possibility that my mood is responsible because I’m unhappy with some areas of my life .

  I was prescribed these coz i was a bit of a worrier and had an active imagination . looking back if i hadn’t been prescribed I’d still be fine . They might work for you but the medical professionals never say nor do companies that their side effects are permanent . i view taking these as the single worst mistake i ever made . i don’t care if i feel bad in a few months . you have to take the good with the bad .
