  well they’re not perfect, naturally, but i really don’t like medications..but when i’m happy..i make the most of it and when i’m pissed suddenly i try to make people think that i’m just being super sarcastic when in reality i just want to choke them…it helps to scream sometimes..just go somewhere where no one can hear you and scream at the top of your lungs. these stratageies aren’t perfect, because when i have a really bad day i just like to sit home all alone turn my music up and cry for hours..but something that helps that is taking a hot bath or shower..idk y but i cannot stay sad in the bath or shower or rain for that matter…i love water.

  there kind of is..you never said that dirrectly, but obviously you need her right now, and she wasn’t there for you, thats what they were saying..and it is not crippling. i’ve had it most of my life, and don’t even take the medicine that i should be and i can function fine…so can my brother, who’s is more severe, and my cousin who actually takes the meds, functions fine as well..it there are medications to treat something, and others can manage it without medications, how is it crippling?

  & also, tomorrow might not be any better, it may even be worse..but eventually it will get better..just set yourself goals for the near and distant future and strive to accomplish them..it makes you feel better about yourself, and when you do have a bad day, just think about your dreams, and just think about how great it will be after you accomplish them..

  so true..i am one of those 98% too..but hey when i feel depressed about money, which is often, or school, just as often, or family, the most often, i come to this website, often in tears, to try to give me a new perspective..to read other posts and try to make someone else’s life a little better, because sometimes there’s nothing you personally can do to help yourself, but it makes me feel better to try to help everyone else in the world having a problem at the very moment where my world seems like its falling apart and i’d love to just run away and never look back, or just jump of a cliff..helping others, and making your life seem like its got a purpose and that you do matter and you are helping someone else, well it kinda makes my day sometimes..i think you should try it..its very refreshing.

  okay..to me this sounds like the problem is not in you. its in her. she should be lucky that someone cares that much about her to do all this to make her happy. someone (don’t know who at the moment) has this famous quote that goes something along the lines of “you cannot love someone if you do not love yourself.” it sounds to me like this applies to her. she needs to find herself. give her time. if she comes back to you, its meant to be, but DO NOT wait for her. live your life to the fullest. don’t expect her to come back, but if she does and you still love her like you do now, its fate, otherwise you still need to live. fufill your dreams. go back to the pilot thing. thats a good place for someone to be. if she doesn’t want the same things for you that you want for you, its not suposed to work out. she should want you to be happy, just as you want her to be happy. but as it is, (how it sounds) is that she’s unhappy and your unhappy. i think its best if you move on and let her go. sorry if that’s not what you wanted to hear..
