I know how you feel, its normal. There are no guidelines or set of rules on how to be better in social situations. What I did was I just forced myself to get out their and start talking to people, understanding that I might make some mistakes and might not be the smoothest person out there (yet ;)), but I learned to be confident in myself and to portray that. Also what helped me was volunteering in my community and participating in group projects because I got to meet a lot of people, hope this helps. - written 1 month ago
Wait, so your electricity bill is 334. Depending on the size of your house the bill could vary. You could do the obvious by always checking to see if the lights are off when they are not needed. Turn off computers and TV’s when not being used. Plug out chargers when they are not being used to charge. Also, it is probably summer where you live, so you should also factor in the A/C costs. Dual boot. If you have 8 GB of ram then the 32 bit will run fine but it will only see/use ~4GB (3.95GB) of ram.
