  When dealing with latex paints, the tape should be removed promptly. Latex paints and many others form a skin when dry. If the area where the tape meets the boarder is to thick, small tear-outs can occur as the tape is removed. The result is an uneven surface at the painted edge. If the tape has been in place while the paint dries, a razor should be run lightly around the edge to break the bond between the tape and painted surface. If done carefully this will produce a “RAZOR” sharp edge.

  Artificial stone walls come in many varieties. They range from precast modules with agregate facing installed between concrete posts, to the stone facing seen on most newer homes. Are you inquiring about stone to form walls for Home building purposes or for fencing and access controll?
  A google search will yeild thousands of possibilities. Products are produces around the country in wide varieties of shapes, sizes and configurations. If you look in your local yellow pages under masonary, concrete, stone, any of these should give a good starting point for suppliers and installation of the varied products. When looking for a contractor, contact your better buisness, and use word of mouth. I find that the best installers are usually working at a frenzied pace and have work booked for months. If people are keeping them busy, chances are they do good work. References, References, References!
