In my opinion neither religion nor science has got it right. We the human race are here as wards, keepers of this world i believe. But we are a very young race who need to find the balance between belief and science. Because most people seem not to understand that both do go hand in hand, for some part, and both are completely wrong in other parts.

hey just thought id say, on reading your thing on why evolution is not real, then how come it is proven that we are genetically pretty much the same as monkeys? And plus, there is no physical evidence to say that creationism is real either :P I mean im sorry but it does seem a bit rediculous to me, the whole adam and eve thing.
Here is my two cents. I dont believe in ‘god’ the man in the white robes, beard etc, however i do believe in ‘the vreative principal’ the source of life. ‘god’ ‘jehova’ ‘jaa’ ‘allah’ whatever name it is given. Would it be such a stretch of imagination to believe that both are correct? That evolution does actually exist, but was created by god? I mean evolution, genetic development, is incredibly complex. Surely that would not just happen by accident?
Im one of these wierd people who dont believe that there is that much of a divide between religion and science. I have my beliefs, and I can back them up scientifically :)
However I must say one thing, I do not think it is pathetic for us to question everything. If we were created by god, then if he did not want us to question and find out about the world, then why did he give us the intellectual capability to do so?
As for the antelope and lion thing…why do you think the antelope are so fast? because they CAN outrun lions, it is only the weakest runners of them that get caught. Hence they are the least fittest, and the fittest survive. This is also known as the circle of life, which again is incredibly complex, and coincides with evolution theory, but also coincides with the theory that god created everything, as something such as it is too complex to have been created randomly.
Sorry just thought I’d give my two cents. I dont mean to seem like I am belittling your views, just giving my own ^_^

Okay you wanted a debate here it is:
I dont believe in evolution becasue Charles darwin died before his thoery was complete. Evolution will always remain a theory until they find the missing link which I seriously doubt that they ever will. I dont believe in science as a whole because I find it sad the human races constant need to know everything so they make up random theories that appear to fit and ignore the holes in them. Charles Darwin said about the survival of the fittest in the animal kingdom, aka a lion stalking an antelope. The lion would catch the antelope becaus the lion is the good hunter and faster than the antelope, whereas he also contridicted himself by saying that we evolve to surive our surroundings… Do you not think that after the millions and millions of years lions have been stalking antelope the antelope would have “evolved” to out run or out smart the lion? He also said that we evolved from single celled organisms so according to that theory if I spat on the floor in millions and millions of years that spit will be a living being which defeats the whole object of woman carrying the babies [Or men in seahorses] I find it hard to belive that some thing as complicated as the human body and reproductive system and whatnot developed from a single organism? Something as complex as the human eye?? Scientists have been wrong about sooo many things you dont think that there is a chance they coud be wrong about this?
Im saying all this now because at the begining of this argument was a point but it all got lost through petty name calling [on both parts]
