Oh i have not tried any sleeping pill. I think i once did and my ex (many years back) did not like it and was furious (he cared). I think he said it could be addicting. I don’t know if his theory was true but i stopped and never had any then on. :)

ACtually i admit i am a worrier and i am a panicky person. I do hate it when it happens because it is not fun thinking too much or worrying too much on something so small or almost close to nothing. But i don’t know, i kind of stick to that idea on my head and i am not contented until i am satisfied.

The truth is a lot of times my brain is both sleepy but also active. So it sounds confusing but that’s how it is. :s

I don’t drink milk it upsets my stomach. Yes, i tried the calming down after a few tears. It worked.

I had a full day today at work and so many things to attend to but i’m home and very tired.

I’m sure it’s not insomnia, just there are times when i cannot sleep. hehe. Many thoughts in my head and a lot of things to think about, plan, do and regret lol

Congrats on getting A’s! we don’t used A’s here, but we use 1.0 as equivalent to A. :) i hope to maintain grades as i’m almost graduating.

Yes he is 7 years old. He is cute little boy who wants to assist his mommy as much as he can.

A semester is like 6 months in a school year. Second semester is from November to March of next year. So i’m taking the last semester then i would need to take a comprehensive exam then write a dissertation… a dissertation is a research writing and defense.

Hey girl, sadly, the link does not work well for now but will try later. Yes i know enya, i liked her all the way back :) i think one of the many songs she did that i like is China Rose. I love it. I used to sleep with her songs playing before my son was born. So soothing. She is irish, right?

Yes i teach Conversational English but that is so simple for you bec youre a native english speaker and i am not. So just guiding students on simple english structures. I teach phonology though. :)

I am not staying after this reply, it is far to slow on here again tonight, it is taking near on four mins to transfere from my shout page to your one.
Don’t want to waste four mins every time I type a few words in reply to every shout reply.
Looks like you have realy got into luminosity, probabbly a lot of old friends there that you know.

I think that Nikko suffered from severe deppression and very severe mental illnesses.
Which I think would have contributed to her death.
I did get to know her a little bit last year and the year before that. I think you will have followed the shout back that I made about it.
She was indeed a very traumatised person. I spent a lot of time on the phone to her at times. She seemed to got some good out of them, I usualy managed to have her smiling and joking back at me at the end of each phone call.
I just hope that she didn’t suffer to much at the end of her life.

Cant say much more about the matter, I dont have the details or know much about them.
