Hi I’m jess I’m 20 n live on my own in my flat n I’m a carer.I’m hoping to go to uni and become a nurse. That’s about it really.thinking about getting a motorbike too.I think I’m easy going and I tend to not be afraid to say what I’m thinking nowadays.I can sound abit blunt sometimes. I like to think I’m honest though n I’m not one of those people who go around causing trouble. I try to respect others.

sexual abuse, bullying, the economy, not having enough jobs, poverty, global warming, lots of trees being cut down. (there's not much point in worrying about everything though or you'll go mad lol)

pass. I don't think any of them know what they're doing.

Which religion (if any) do you follow?
God. closest to christianity really. but I'm not strict with religion.

This is exactly like the topic I’ve had to study for my english about the magdalene /Asylums Laundries. Many women would end up there for things that weren’t their fault and be told they had sinned and were going to hell and abused physically, verbally, mentally and sexually. and these were nuns and priests. some got raped by their own dads and got sent there and they would be made to believe it was THEIR fault. and people would have to work rediculous hours everyday for years, for no money for working for God’s forgiveness apparently. they lived there and lots never got out and died in them.

I hate all this. relgion should never be used as a weapon. Using religion to control people. I see how people, even those who are religous believe others are silly if they don’t believe the same thing. In fact even my mam gives me that feeling, although she denies it. I believe in a God, but I don’t read the bible and I don’t go to church. and I don’t mind other people having their own religions, I was actually quite interested learning about muslims one time. People should be allowed to believe what they want without criticism.

I think the fact that some shone anyone that doesn’t go with the flow of what they say, basically obeying them then they are an outcast. That is controlling and abusive. and being judgemental of being different. People of the church of all people should not do this. and people follow believing they are setting them a good example. It’s not right when things like this happen and teach others to do this too.

well the way I think, is that there are many bad things happening in the world, but sometimes it’s best to think about the good things instead. To think positivly. because if someone worries about everything, they’d have no life, but to do their little bit to help is good. and if everyone chipped in to do their bit. helping the world be a better place, would be alot easier. many hands make light work. My mind is full of these quotes lol It’s true though.

I just try to be myself. Years ago I didn’t have alot of confidence at all. I had abuse at home growing up and then at school whilst I was there aswell. The world seemed an awful place. There was negitivity everywhere I went. hearing/being abused all the time, phsically and verbally. but then when I came here and realised that there are better people in life. and then the problems at home got less. then I left school. I’ll never forget how awful it was there. and I’ve met some great people along the way. Genuine people. each that’s helped me. each that has taught me something. Sometimes the world can seem at awful place, but it’s not all like that. just certain parts are. and those parts can be changed with some attention. some things seem impossible to change, but where there’s a will there’s a way. It’s just finding the way, that can be difficult sometimes.

I know years ago, I used to be quieter and because of the negitive people around me, I had to be defensive alot. I had become quite cocky (to the people who caused the trouble). If I wasn’t I’d get walked all over. I couldn’t be myself because of ridicule. I was a closed up person. but without it self confidence grows and you can be yourself as you meet people who accept you and don’t try to change you. and you don’t have to worry about anything. but then after that, it doesn’t matter if someone mocks you anyway, because the person becomes stronger and it doesn’t bother them anymore. It’s great to be able to speak freely. That’s what I’ve become. and I’m not that cocky anymore. even if some people think I’m annoying sometimes. I guess that’s just who I am. I don’t deliberatly try to cause trouble. I just try to do what’s right. and try to understand why people act the way they do and have more patience and try not jump to conclusions. I do try.

In a sense I know what I want from life, but there are parts of it, I think I will figure out when I get there. Life is just beginning for me. It’s quite cool :)

well if you don’t do it you will fail and lose the chance to do well. Catch the chance before you lose it. If you fail what are you going to do? You will have wasted all of your time. You should either not do anything at all, or put your all into it. You wont reach and have proof of your potential if you do not try.

michael Jackson was amazing! I love his music. and I love a good dance, close my curtains at home and blast my music and have a bit dance lol I don’t know what others thing when I dance when I’m out. I think I embarres the people I’m with smetimes lol but I won a pair batwings on halloween once haha I just assumed it was for dancing. ah it’s good fun. too bad I get stiches quick. darn stitches lol

Hehe unless ur me lol see I’m used to doing everything so logical, safe and sensible.I suppose I’m not sure what is safe and sensible.I really wanted a bike like but I would be travelling on motorways n traveling a fair distance most mornings.but atleast I would be more independent.if anything did happen between me and Dan I could still do my shopping n would be more likely to afford it.

I think playing it safe gets so boring sometimes though. Reminds me how I got my tattoo.totally don’t regret it

I was actually thinking of a motor bike.we call the other kind scooters or mopeds. But i’d need a bike to get the right speed for the motorway.

Maybe I will ditch the laser eye surgery for now. I actually cant remember how many days a week it would be.I think it would be 5, afew for practical along side a nurse and afew for theory.I know its for 3 years if u do it fulltime.

I’m unsure about the house, but with the idiots around here where they may play music till 2 in the morning, laugh n joke on.these walls are paper thin and I worry about not getting much sleep and having to work still.but to be honest me and Daniel have been niggleing at each other recently.I want to have a bigger place n company but he annoys me sometimes too.so maybe I should stay put till 100% positive

I feel that if I got a cheap home closer to uni I’d still be on my own and I would find it hard to get back to the area I’m living now. but I find it hard making friends in a new area too so I kind of want to stay in the same area so i keep some pleasures outside of study. If I moved away I would be isolating myself

I wouldnt be buying a house, just renting. and the price of renting a house isn’t that much more than renting my flat. unless you go private. morgaging may come later depending on wages. but now it’s out of the question.
